Ceramic orders are processed within 5 days of purchase and shipped from Slovenia.
As soon as your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number along with email updates so you can follow your package. I want your delivery to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. If you notice any mistakes or missing details in your shipping information, please get in touch with me right away—I’ll be happy to help.
Important: For shipments outside the EU, customs clearance is required. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds.
I carefully pack every item with love and attention to help it arrive safely at your door. Each of my ceramic pieces is truly one-of-a-kind, so I do not accept returns if they arrive safely. If an item is damaged during shipping, I will gladly issue a refund.
Important: Please keep the original packaging and take photos of both the piece and its packaging if the item arrives damaged.
Custom tiles.
Tile availability shifts depending on what's on hand and what a project calls for, so the best way to find out what's possible is simply to get in touch. Some pieces may already exist, while others come together only once we've talked through your brief and what you have in mind. Reach out and we can work out together what makes sense for your space.
